What is Chinese Cupping Treatment and what does it do?

Cupping Therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage. According to traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), cupping is done to dispel stagnation (stagnant blood and lymph), thereby improving qi (chi) flow, or energy flow.

What is Reiki? How does it work?

Reiki in simplest terms is Universal Life Force Energy, Universal Love Energy. This Energy is all around you. A Reiki Practitioner is trained to tap into and channel Reiki Energy. The Practioner's Energy Frequency matches that of the Reiki Energy as the practitioner has been attuned to these frequencies. The client or Healing Partner will gradually adjust their energy frequency to try and match that of the practitioners, and this is where the healing begins. It is a transfer of energy. Everyone is made of energy. It is essential that the flow of energy remain in balance for the health and wellbeing of the mind, body and spirit. Reiki relies on the wisdom of the body, allowing for self-healing of physical and emotional dis-ease. Reiki will always go where most needed.

Just for today I will not worry.

Just for today I will do my work honestly.

Just for today I will be kind to every living thing.
